Think I'll stick with FL.

Those demos sound pretty nice. I've come to the conclusin that Reason isn't for me, but I remain baffled by the fact that they refuse to incorperate VST/AU/DirectX support.

Actually, I once emailed them directly asking them why don't they support hardware synths. Their response: "You think it's necessary? But we don't."
Then I responded: Well if you guys don't care about having more sales, then I guess it's fine.... The fact is, a lot of people are not switching to Reason for it's lack of hardware synth/VST support..
Then I got a email thanking me and saying they would discuss it...
The fact is we STILL need hardware synths.. If processors ran at 10ghz, then I would understand their argument against hardware synths...

Yeah, that's another thing, hardware support.
I would totally switch to Reason if it was a bit easier to use my JP with... it really wouldn't be hard for them to do.. all they need is to incorperate a MIDI out and something to record to wav files... like an imiation hard disk recorder (to stay with the rack-emulation theme it has)

That MClass compressor thingy looks rather nifty! I wish they'd given us a new synth to play with though...
