does anyone know of a "Free PC to Phone Calling Service" on the internet? or any software capable of doing this?

This is what I use sometimes. Its free within canada I think. My bro calls from oakville and I call him, its like an hour away from where I am, and its free. He used it from antigua for like 45minutes, and it cost him 30 cents lol. The only thing, you can just call people, they cant call you. If both people have the program, then they can each call eachother on the program. ALSO haha, I THINK, if you pay, then people can call you from their house phones, but not sure.
