easy ID, i can't remember

I think it's a Gabriel and Dresden track. The lyrics as best i could remember them are (or are close to):

i was alone out there
with no one else around
now i fall on you
theres no coming down

i know what you're needing
my thoughts are leading
me straight into your eyes

I have heard this track many times in the past i swear i have it somewhere on my computer too! i just rescently heard it in a radio set and it's been bugging me ever since PLEASE HELP ID THIS TRACK!
