Well, I'm not a great expert in this matter, but in Lisbon there's Queen's and the Docas zone, Kremlin, and I'm missing lots of them. But keep in mind that "big" does not mean "good". Well... depends a bit on the type of music you seek...
On the other places I don't know a thing.

'bout names... ah, well. The only known portuguese DJ I ever seen live was Carlos Manaça (house), but I was so drunk I can't remember how good was he In house too, there's Vibe, Jiggy, and a lot of other clowns I don't even bother to remember...
