Trance (or any genre, really) is what you make of it. There are plenty of very usuable drum sounds in Reason, even with the stock soundset. It's just how you tweak them.

Two decent ones that come to mind are:

- Vegeance Esstential Club Sounds Vol 1
(Which has nice samples all round)

- Techno Trance Essentials from Uberschall
(Also good all round once again)
