I just need to loose 20 pounds till this summer, wich gives me about 5 months, its think its acheivable..
tough I really dont care much about the abs, I just wanna burn the little belly..
my routine at the gym is quite steady, but since my work schedule is not, I need to concentrate on the food I eat, and eat them at the right time.. i.e. 3 meals a day, bigger meals at lunch, smaller ones at dinner, nothing after 7, etc etc..
also I try to leave me about 1 day/week for cravings, cause I dont wanna cut too drastically on food and become frustrated, or loose the weight quickly and gain it back one month after..
So yeah I took a "before" pic right after the holidays and hopefully I'll be able to post a decent before/after pic in a couple of weeks
