all it is, is a mix that someone has done and its only been released on a white label, like promo copies to see how it sells and for DJ's etc to play in clubs and that to see if its a cool BaNaNa or a soggy PaNcAkE

Pre-releases on vinyl basically! Artists release on white for the DJ's to play mainly, and to see how it sells (as sed by hircos) sometimes tunes dont ever get off white if they dont sell enuff or it dont get played enuff, which is a shame sometimes...
