need help on baics of producing (REASON)!

Hey Guyz

I have had reason for awhile now, and I was gotten the hang of it, I can make some pretty cool sounds, but I can't seem to put it all together into a track, even putting a synth with bassline, get all ff-up, and I relized now that I do not even know the basics of Musik, for example 4 beats in on measure, well anyway that kind of stuff is what I need help on, does anybody know of any website, or anything else that can give me some kind of idea??
