How would i go about making my own trance music? What equipment do i need and what software do i need?

What do i call myself if i do this?

I dunno what youd call yourself, a producer?

You should probably start with some easier program made for younger people. I first got interested in musicmaking when a friend got Dance Ejay like 8 years ago. Then I've gotten more advanced programs and gear.

I have used dance ejay and enjoyed it...but wat im comfused with is how to make the sort of sounds in trance music, like all of the techno sound effects and stuff
