Sidechaining again

hey... me again

Why doesn't fruityloops like having more than one thing linked to a controller. Im trying to sidechain several things to a kick drum but there is no way in hell I'm gonna be using several FX slots just to do this.

any suggestions?

P.S

How can I set the 'recover length' of the synth after a kick has output?

Sounds like you are referring to the "release time".

first off, you'll need to link the controler to a muted kick, otherwise this wont work.

all you need to do to adjust the amplitude of the modulation is to adjust the volume of the controlling kick. the more you turn the volume down the smaller the amplitude, which is close to what you're talking about i think.

try it and let me know.
