if i book a trip from london to glasgow, and there's a stop, dropping me off in birmingham, and the bus continues from sheffield then i twig that it's a bad journey.

Jesus, after reading that, the font on TA seems so tiny. Anyways...

Let me get this right; he wanted to fly from somewhere in the US, to San Francisco, at which point he would get on a plane and leave internationally, right? Okay. So, then he figured it'd be cheaper to go with the "arrive at San Jose, then go to San Fran and fly" thing, right? If I missed something here, disregard the rant below.

I don't have too much sympathy for him. Sure, it sucks, but it's his own damn fault for not realizing how he'd get from San Jose to San Fran before he hit the submit button. Sure, Orbitz should've fixed it for him, but he's forgetting to blame himself for his own idiocy that sent him on the whole rant.
