I've heard everything from mixing it with alcohol can kill you to it's just extremely unhealthy.

Can someone set the record straight and give me the facts about it and what is true and what isn't preferably from a website. I drink it with vodka all the time and havn't croaked

Don't drink it if you plan to have your heart rate increased significantly for a somewhat long duration of time.

It ain't no different than Dr. Pepper.
BTW, the Doc is the way to mix Grain Alcohol into a palatable drink!

Go and drink 2 red bulls and dance for 7 to 10 hours non-stop. Then get back to me on how you're feeling me.

I've danced for longer than that without drinking red bull so it is very much possible to feel alright after dancing so much.
