Need some advice on living/working in Ireland

So my Irish work visa is in the mail and I'm leaving in about a month. I was hoping that I could get some advice on how life is in Ireland. Specifically:

1) How easy is it to find a job?

2) What is the avg. wage for casual type work?

3) How much does it cost to rent an apartment/flat in Dublin (or elsewhere)?

4) What are the best places to party?

5) What attractions or locations should I make sure to see?

Any other advice that might help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Paul

Its easy enough to get a job....of course it depends on what you want to do and experience you have....casual jobs like barwork restaurants hotels etc are easy enough to come by especially in Dublin....but there are other jobs available as well....look around but you should get a job quick enough.....take any job your offered and work from there to find something better......i dont know how long your visa is for or what type of visa it is....but the longer the visa the better(or lie if you have to)because you will find it hard to get a job if its only for a couple of months, and the employer will have to find someone else after you have gone....

Average pay for casual work should be about 10 euro per hour bbut some pay less...again check around...

Accomodation and rent is very expensive especially in Dublin but cheaper outside of Dublin...expect to pay 1000 for a nice apartment which can be shared......flats are alot cheaper....renting houses that can be shared is another cheaper option..

Good luck.....ive gotta run.....but the social scene in Dublin is very very good....you wont be disappointed....
