You pronounce it I believe 'chi-cha-ro'.

X in spanish is sometimes pronounced "CH" as in choo choo train.

This whole T thing infront of it still throws me off tho hehe.

Pronounced "CheeChaRo" ... which is "green pea" because chicharrones is fried pork skin...yumm!!!

close, tx is widely used in the basque dialect, there's a footballer I can think of as an example named 'txutxi' which is one hell of a mouthful also, just the I in spanish is EE sound, so 'Chee-Char-Oh' would be it
