finding parties is hard as hell when first discovering them, I remember being oblivious to my scene for several years before I finally met somebody who straightened me out.

Good luck on your search! I would suggest the NYC regional forum, i occasionaly see philly events posted there.

I would also try very hard to find some sort of web page devoted completely to parties in your area, almost every region has a community like that, google might be what you need, try a search like 'elecrtronic music events community philadelphia'

If I remember right philly kids like to call themselves 'the king of the jungle' you will probably find alot of DnB parties over there,
