Thanks, guys. After posting this thread, I started to have the same problem, and I used other browsers and changed settings with no luck.
But then it hit me. The problem was caused by my ISP's DNS server. Somehow, the DNS server could not resolve host names. Sooo, I went to anonymizer site and could view tranceaddict that way. I told my friend about this, and his problem was solved this way. Now, he can read tranceaddict. But since the anonymizer site does not allow cookies, I couldn't post my reply last night.
Now, everything is a-okey for me. If you hear a similar story, please recommend to use some anonymizer type site or free-dial up service site since they have their own DNS servers. Proxies might work, too.
