Robin Van Persie

WOW

Two of the best goals of the season scored against Blackburn in the fa cup semi (espcially that first one). Wenger should really look at developing this wonder kid alongside Henry, as he definitely looks like the long term replacement to his fellow countrymen Bergkamp. What do you guys think?

He is a wonderful young player, he just needs a start and a bit of time, I think Wenger should be playing Van persie and Henry upfront with Reyes behind front 2, that would be one of the best and most promising Forward lineups in world football

my thoughts exactly. Reyes is clearly not happy with life in London and with the money they receive for Reyes along with the 30 million pounds they want to spend on players should go after a prominent attacker to compliment v.Persie and Henry.

Owen and Henry would be deadly and i could see it happening. Im pretty sure though that Arsenal will use the money theyve got to buy wright-phillips and theyll be favourites to get him cos of Wrights link to the club.

Am i right in thinking Bergkamp is retiring this season, or has he signed another 1 year deal? Either way Van Persie will get his chance up front next year.

Yeah I didn't mention the Reyes for Owen swap because I really can't see that happening. Wenger has been known to spring a few suprises and hopefully during the summer that will come to fruition.
