Sawtooth *16

Does anyone know if the Sawtooth *16 waveform in the Malstrom is a number of sawtooths detuned from one another?

If you make 8 malstroms and use osc A and B on each (16 oscs) with the normal sawtooth, could you theoretically detune those to make the exact sawtooth 16 sound?

Speaking of sawtooths in Reason...some of the Combinator patches in Reason 3.0 are pretty damn good supersaws. Check out the ones in Synth Leads and Poly Synths in Combinator patches in Sound Bank.
