ok before i start a flame war, i've read through the entire headphone thread.. well maybe like 75% and i did a search..

My question is, why aren't people using the HD212PRO. I had a quick listen at music center and they seem to isolate pretty well and sound great. Are they not loud enough for club applications?

Ideally, I'd grab the 280PRO like everyone seems to agree is a far far superior headphone than the v700, but they look waay to big (sorry to be so superficial).

From playing with the 212s- it seems this offer almost as good a seal, better looks, and best of all, its about half the price of the 280s.. our friends at djmart has this listed for $39 or $35..can't remember.. in any case, its much cheaper than the $90 280s... anyway, feedback would be appreciated as to why this isn't good for club/party use.
