I liked the length of this set, as it's burnable to an audio cd. Let me know what you think.

The opening piece is a rather interesting one, and to be honest, I think you could only use at the beginning of a set. It's slightly new agish with a lounge feel to it, but I like the mixture of the drum track, the synths and the violin. If it's a little too out there for you, just wait for the beat to kick in around 0:03:40. This is followed by one of my faves, "Por Que Amor". It's the kind of tune you play while crusing along the beach with the top down on your convertible and someone of your prefered gender in the passenger seat.

Things go a bit smoother with "The Beard's" remix of Steppin' Out. It's not as commercialized as the Original mix (nothing wrong with that, as it gets a great deal of play in my sets), but it's a nice change. The vocals here as paired nicely with Lea-Lorien in "How Would U Feel". I just bought Morales' new single "Here I Am", so I'm looking forward to give that a bit of play. Next we start getting a bit more latin and disco, notably the combination of "Otros Tiempos" and "Sunshine". Listen for the call and response of the trumpets during the transition, and for the vocals. We then finish up with another mix of the ever-kickass "Guitarra G" and "Da Hype". See you all next week!
