internet explorer problem

every time i close internet explorer i get an error message saying:

"Iexplore has caused an error in SHDOCVW.DLL"

does anyone have any idea how I can fix this? It's starting to annoy me now!

i don't know why i'm doing this, you caught me in a good day. I hate working on computers now but what the hell.

what version of windows you have? what version of internet explorer?

did you run any anti-spyware progs? spyware fucks with that file.

oh and use mozilla.
