Which software do I need??

So now I've bought my external card (Audiophile USB) I dunno how to record my sets in mp3. The sound card includes two demos: Reason adapted and Live Delta, but the function recording it's off with the demo. At least this is what I think because I've tried to record from my mixer many times.. and I can't. I see the equalizer but when I press record it fails.

Anyone knows better than me how to record and which program do I need? Reason and Live Delta are so sophisticated for what I want (besides are demos).
simply I want record (in mp3 if it's possible) from my mixer to the PC through the sound card.
