1.Did they know it was a bomb in the first place

whatif..
If they knew it was a bomb, then why were more than ONE person standing around it and then all those people 5-10 feet away also. This video shows ignorance or people sadly getting hurt. I say both from what I noticed.

not to mention not wearing any protective suit at all

to me it seems they didnt know it was a bomb, looked pretty much like a backpack
