I purchased a sony twin deck cd recorder yesterday and wouldnt mind uploading a 80 minute mix off my own,does anyone know how to do this once ive done my mix cd? Cheers in advance.

YES HE MEANS FROM CD TO MP3 FORMAT!
what you do is convert the audio cd into mp3 format!
once done try to find a host server! for example upload to www.globalbeatz.net in the dj mixes section.

and even if you have cable internet it will take about 50min for 120mb ~~~~~~~~

Ah ok I understand. Yeah just use some audi editing software like Adobe Audtion or there's some wicked free software out there too. Then just save it as .mp3 (At a reasonable bitrate) and uplaod it to your choice for a server.
