North Carolina wins the 2005 College Basketball (NCAA) Men's Championship
Decent game, in one of the better tournaments in my memory. In the end, Illinois couldn't answer Sean May, and relied too heavily on the three-point shot, which they couldn't get to fall. Of course, Augustine fouling out early was also a factor, while North Carolina kept their starters alive.
Congratualtions to all the NC fans on this board, and to all of you who will soon be jumping on the baby blue bandwagon.

We'll be a strong force in the Big Ten next year as well. The Illinois win is a great confidence booster, and if we can play strong, win some big games, and show up for the Big Ten tournament, there's no reason we cant be a contender similar to Wisconsin or Michigan State this year. We're losing our big liability on offense, returning 4 starters, and should have a solid team.

You guys could be a dark horse to make a big run in the NCAAs next year as well. This year's buckeye team was pretty impressive this year...too bad they had a self-imposed ban this year
As for my team (Penn)...many of us were just happy to be in the tourney even though BC blew us out

Too bad, I thought you had a solid shot to beat BC. Same problem as Illinois though. You couldn't win down low, and the three-balls wouldn't fall.
Do I smell a Buckeye - Quaker final next year?
EDIT: Speaking of blueprints of defeating adversaries, did you see these movies of the Michigna State riot police subduing "rioting" students?
