Tiger Woods and the Masters

who was watching tiger woods slap all the rest of the golfers like his lil' b!tches over the weekend ??

i am not much of an avid golf fan, but like the game up to a certain level .. i started to get interested in the masters when i heard he was making his charge (9 birdies in a row! .. )

then when he hit that chip on '16' in the final round ... i was like standing up and yelling for the ball to go in .. you know that ball was going to go in .. overexcitement when that ball hung on top of the ridge of the cup forever ..

and that final putt for him was sweet .. just my opinions .. i still love tiger, even though people may say he is egotistical or a money-grubbing pig .. hahhahahaa ...

Yes! I was suprised no Masters thread. Tiger is my fav golfer and Im so happy hes back! That chip was simply . Really think this is his year of dominance.

BTW Dimarco is such a bitch for telling of Tiger to the Masters chiefs for slaming his club on a couple of missed shots. Who does that?

Excellent win considering a poor opening round.

He still aint at his best IMO, i expect to see a fair few wins this year.

Back to number 1 in the world.

Chip on the 16th was one for the ages, and we'll see it in replays for the next 20 years. However, the Dimarco lip shot on the 18th, which would've won the tournament, will go overlooked. The world is better off with Tiger winning instead of being an also ran, had Dimarco's shot gone in the hole instead of rimming it out on the 18th.

Tiger was struggling anyhow with four drives off the fairway and a particularly lucky drive that hit the trees and bounced back into the fairway. But Tiger won, and that's the bottom line....

Yeah that Dimarco shot on 18th looked to me as it was going in I just was like nOOOOOO!!!!! lol

Next major is the British right? This is the only major I dont think he will win. Im confident of the US Open and PGA but not this. Although I think one of the majors this year is gonna be so tight with the Fab 4 lol (Tiger, Els, Vijay and Mickelson). Where destined to have a major with those 4 tied and in a playoff how great will that be

I thought it was over when Tiger hit that putt off the green and in the drink on the first day.....amazing he recovered from that and all the other horrible luck he had all weekend....just goes to show you how great he is....

I was rooting for Phil all weekend... yeah he's won his major, but I was hoping he would start some great run of winning Masters back to back, 3, 4 in a row maybe...? who knows what could have been... but that didn't happen...lol. I like Phil in the British Open for some reason, just seems like he should win that tourney...

Mickelsons reminds me of Don Johnsons character in Tin Cup. Nice guy in front of the camera but will tell a little kid and old people to fuck off

I was working during the final set, but I got home to watch about 10 minutes of the match. Within those 10 minutes I saw Wood's chip in on the 16th. I was quite impressed. Just a little breeze pushed that sucker in teh cup.

sorry wanted to edit my first post ..

he hit 7 birdies in a row, not 9 like i originally posted .. 7 is the current masters record, tied by tiger with none other than the great one jack nickalus ..

but yeah .. if dimarco hit that chip on 18, the crowd would have been on an uproar ..

but here's the question .. on the first playoff hole on dimarco's second shot, wouldn't dimarco have known to hit the ball a little harder than the first time (18th hole) ?? .. the first time, he hit the ball short, and the ball rolled off the green into the fringe (is that what it's called .. i forgot what the grassy area outside the green is called ...) .. but he hit the shot well short again the second time, and it rolled off the green .. he should have learned his lesson from the previous hole .. i guess he thought he could have made that chip .. his second attempt at the chip was a good attempt by the way ...
