It actually depends on the kind of "cheese" you're talking about. Basically all dance and trance falls under the more cheesy category when it comes to lyrics, but that's not important. The melody and rhythm and beauty of the vocals are what makes the genre so amazing.
Now "cheesy" in a tacky way is what is irritating.
DJ Sammy got my vote, haven't heard much from the others, but I think Mark Oh is just as dumb.

To me 'Cheese' is determined by production technique and how they use it.
I believe DJ Sammy has an average production technique, he's not bad, he just decides to use it for making shitty tracks. He can do better than the shit he makes.
