Getting rid of that buzzing sound

How does one get rid of that buzzing sound that comes after the notes are played with a synth such as WASP or synth1?

edit:
is there any other way than piano roll?

not sure what buzzing sound you mean, but since im feeling unhelpful, i recommened getting a new soundcard. or mabye turn your buffer rate down (i think im getting at the right idea, someone please correct me if im wrong).

other than piano roll? use the computer keyboard or get a midi controller.
