How do I automate it or draw it in an event window then? I literally want to pitch bend it from c2 - c8 say. Can I do this with a single long note in the piano roll?

Not 100% sure about this but I think what you do is set Glide to On and then draw a note at c3 (or whatever) and draw a note on top of it at c8 - kind of like how FL's slide notes work? I've never tried it - I think I will... Perhaps it will work.

this is how : you draw the c3 note first, then you draw the c8 note on the moment you want it to start gliding to c8. The only thing you have to make sure is that there is a (small part) where they OVERLAP. Just play around a bit on your keyboard and you'll get the hang of it pretty soon.

or just use the mod envelope set to controlling hte oscillators with lots of attack, no decay, high sustain and little or no release..... dunno if u can do that on Pro53 but u can def on the subtractor

If you go thru an envelope you can't choose when to do the glide (it does it every time) and you have no control wether the glide goes up or down nor till which note it goes. In melodic parts I'd recommand the portamento setting.

there are loads of ways to increase the pitch. the easiest is portmento which slides the note up or down to a note whic you determine.

you can also do create a pitch rising effect on the LFO by setting the LFO rate really really slow (i.e. 4/1) and set the LFO to modulate the pitch of all the oscillators positively.

or you could do it the hard way and automate the oscillator tuning by hand or via MIDI yoke and graphing the automation.
