I've had a chocolate Balsamic reduction on top of tenderloin medallions that was _____________. (insert word of your choice) DAMN fine. I know it doesn't sound too appealing but the chocolate wasn't too overpowering. hmmm.. i was going to keep on about Balsamic vinegar but that would be ludacris, unless of course you care Slylee to turn my "Welcome me, I'm over here, hey, talk to me. its about me me meme !!!" thread into a thread of Balsamic vinegar recipes !
