I think you are about 8 years too late for this one.
The indian authorities cleaned up that place a long long time ago. So unless you want to meditate with a bunch of wierdos, its not a suggestion at this point.

lol i have no idea what u mean
GOA is still one of the top 3 places in the world to go on new years ... the best seafood you can ever eat, and the parties are crazy ... the 2 most famous ones are discovalley and hilltop which goes on for 4 days ... the best time to visit would be between december -feb ... thats wen the parties and clubs are in full swing ... the hippies are still there its just that the seen has become very commercial and people from all over who have no clue end up coming but the best part is the crowd is so diverse
ps: if you planning a trip there you might wanna come up north to this hillstation called kasaul ... its just a bunch of villages and cafeterias clustered together where people just sit and smoke it up the whole day ... its famous for the best hash in the world

raveed,
How much money do you think one would spend for a few days of debauchery in Goa?
Also, if not going in the peak season of December - February, is it still worth it to go? (I'm thinking like Feb-May)
