According to som people over att deepdish.com it is the Samio Remix of Loudeast's "Lights Out", forthcoming on either Shinichi or Yoshitoshi in the next couple of months.

But I don't know, this is what I've been told.

I'm sorry the track is called "Lights Off", well thats what you get for not checking your sources.
Hope it didn't cause you to much problems.

So the trackname is: Loudeast – Lights Off (Samio Remix) and it should already be out under Shinichi label.
