Can anybody recommend some Dark Ambient? Some really moody and emotional stuff like:

Scanner - Lauwarm Instrumentals
Robert Rich & Lustmord - Stalker
Aphex Twin - SAW II (Specifically tracks such as Hankie/Rhubarb/Stone in Focus)
Tangerine Dream - Phaedra LP (Sequent C in particular)


I have ordered Desiderii Marginis - Strife and been waiting about 3 months, but I am expecting another good album in that. I also have Global Communication 76:14 which occasionally creates the kind of mood I am looking for.

I am not looking for chill out or easy listening like the Chilled out Euphoria/Cafe Del Mar series - good but not what I am looking for. You can recommend individual tracks or albums, whatever.

Get everything you can by Daniel Menche. His stuff never ceases to impress me. Especially the album Field Of Skin is an impressive effort.
