Im 19 are all after parties over 21? also when does the festival end usually .

All after parties are not 21+ some are but depends on which one you go to.

ALL I NEED TO DO IS PUT THE MUSIC ON AND I FEEL BETTER ALREADY!!

The festival ends each day at midnight - some after parties end at 2am but there are a few that extend to later (as late as 10am). Check out the threads on DCS and it should show you how long they last. I know the City Club event, "Old School" runs from 10pm till 10am and there are several others going till 4-6am as well.
