After a killer night at the beginning of April Habit are back on May 7th for the next instalment of music that goes somewhere - this time welcoming Trancetribe's very own Scott Richardson to the decks!

For anyone who’s yet to come to a Habit our aim is to create an old-skool clubbing vibe and the music can be summed up as 1) uplifting and 2) progressively building – past that we have no hard and fast rules. Residents Mark Galpin, Lee Hardy & James Metcalfe play a range of sounds from epic progressive house to older sounding driving melodic progressive trance with different guests each month adding extra variety and a new twist each time.

What Habit is about above all else is creating the right atmosphere for an exceptionally friendly crowd to come and enjoy themselves – how any club should be and how a lot of them used to be. We are picking up new friends every time with this formula so come and see for yourself!

Joining the residents this time round are Mish, Andy B and TranceTribe’s Scott Richardson.

Anyone who witnessed Mish’s set at the last night will know exactly why she’s back and a firm favourite with the Habit crowd. Playing a fantastic blend of uplifting house and breaks that gets everyone jumping, Mish sets the stage for big Habit nights to perfection and is one of the most talented and charismatic female DJs on the circuit.

Taking up the reins from there Habit welcomes back to the Bordello the welsh wizard Andy B. Previously a hard dance DJ who made his way to Sydney via London 8 years ago, Andy’s tastes have since mellowed and now commands a big following playing an intelligent blend of sexy tribal and progressive house.

Our third guest of the night Scott Richardson, founder of Trancetribe, is one of Australia's leading melodic and uplifting trance DJs, having played Transmission, Progress @ GAS, RUSH, Halcyon and of course the Trancetribe events around Australia. Pushing upfront club trance tunes, Scott delivers a unique and striking blend of classy progressive, melodic and uplifting trance fused with tech and techno elements. Expect to hear tough beats and articulated melodies, and tight set progression and structure. Having launched Australia's own dedicated trance record label, Trancetribe Recordings, don't be suprised if you hear a selection of fine unreleased promos too!

In between and after Scott it’s the usual driving melodic progressive trance from residents Lee Hardy, Mark Galpin and James Metcalfe
