Is my mixer buggered?

Gemini Pro ps626i mixer.. when i have the second deck playing out loud i turn the balance to the right and it turns the volume right down, so its almost silent...

maybe. hopefully not.

id get ur carts lucy, a lot of times a wire comes loose, and it messes up the balance, also check every thing that may change the balance, amps, cables, etc.

Cheers, i have a feeling something is wrong with the needle, nothing distinctive but i really dosent feel right, and i felt this before i noticed the problem with the balance, i will take your advice till i get my new carts and pray to god that they will be ok.. i really really cant afford it at the moment! cheers again.

no worries, happens a lot on non-concordes, just make sure ur needle is clean along with ur wires. and that they are all plugged in.
