Pop Idol rejects  (dutch I think)

The band have recorded a single and have also filmed their own promotional video.
The single - set to be released later this month - is called I'm lovin' it and is Outta Sync's own version of the theme song to McDonald's new brand campaign.
Justin Timberlake is a guest vocalist on the commercial and the band's name is a tongue in cheek tribute to the star's former group, N'Sync.
Explaining why McDonald's is backing the band, spokesperson Amanda Pierce said: "Like Karaoke, Pop Idol is all about expressing yourself and having fun. These guys are a breath of fresh air because they entertained millions of people by doing their own thing and not caring what the judges thought.
"This is the spirit which is summed up in our I'm lovin' it campaign. If there's a good reaction to the single and video we are looking at touring Outta Sync across the country - we think they could be bigger than the winner of Pop Idol."
Speaking for the band, Bananaman, Gary McGrogan said: "Watch out Simon Cowell, the banana is back! Outta Sync is living proof that sometimes pop fame is not just about talent - it's all about entertaining and just lovin' it and we're certainly doing that!" |
See the Bananaman (another pop idol reject, he is and was funny as hell, "singing" I've got you under my skin, get it? with a top hat, tux and cane... ) I know him. He did it for a pisstake and got money off McDonalds (I'm loving it...) to be in an advert for acting like a bam. Lucky shite
