Crazy. Here's one for the homies!!!!

I went 6 days without eating once, when I had phnuemonia. I don't recommend it at all.

lol ive done it before.

and yeah when I had pneumonia I ate like 3 potato chips a day for a week or so lost so much weight!

Mmmm... food.

man i haven't been eating right lately...i've been getting hungry by the end of the day and i start halucinating...kinda sucks...

why exactly are you fasting? and on a 1800-calorie diet? dont u exercise?

Im breaking a currect carb thing I have goin on. Ive been eating 3-4000 calories of just pasta a day, plus other stuff.

Fasting breaks craving cycles. So, im gonna do that. plus will get a good headstart on my 10 lbs I want to lose 2 lbs aint bad.

You should make sure to get plenty of rest and take vitamins. I did it for a week straight before and started seeing things that weren't there.

you know its not going to be very good for any muscle you just built right? i mean what was the point of building muscle the last couple months if you just starve it all away...
