TCP/IP disabled?
My dad just did a windows update last night. When he booted computer up this morning, and opened up internet explorer, no pages could be displayed. He checked the control panel. It says that the computer is connected to the internet (DSL), but it says that it could not connect due to the TCP/IP being disabled. Then he tried reinstalling the service pack 2 upgrade, and now it tells him that his Norton AV needs to be registered, even though it was registered and working fine before. Any ideas?
