i am writing from poland - djshop.pl . we are on line shop with dj accessories. we made order with 1200s.com for over 9000 $ nfor technics. but after 2 week beeing in touch they stopped to answer and and its over one month without stuff and money. at beginning they start to tell stories about flood and broken truck. now silence.

please help us how to push them.we start sueing procedure but from poland it can last to long. any ideas?

where is the company domiciled? is it a US company? if so, contact the better business bureau. also, contact your credit card company (assuming you paid via credit card) to cancel the payment because of fraud.

keithos it is us company form nyc. we make bank to bank money transfer and we do not have option to to get money back from bank. i just conntacted better business beauro and wait for response. i see u are from nyc. maybe would u like to visit them on long island to push them nice reward for final transaction

wow really sorry to hear this...I'm surprised 1200s.com is still up actually. there used to be a thread on them awhile back, i personally lost about 120 US$ or so on a pair of needles over 4 years ago. i could've sworn they were sued before and/or something...can't find the thread through search. I do believe others from other forums have tried to take action against them also.

their excuse to me at the time was they were moving to a new site and in the process of inventory and stuff, my order was misplaced. i hassled them for over half a year and they just kind of disappeared and stopped replying after 3 months.

report them to authorities, get people in the US to call them...i'd help but i'm in the UK now. they really pissed me off back then and if they are up to no good again, that's just fucking ridiculous.

I've ordered some items from them about 2 years ago. They charged my credit card but I never received my items. E-mailed them repeatedly for the past 2 years but they never replied. Someone should do something about these F**KERS

Report them to the FTC and BBB and then call your credit card company and tell them to dispute charges then file a legal claim against them.
