Ok who from the west is goin to WEMF this year?
I went there last year and had a blast. The lineup this year looks even better.

I went last year! I've been to the past 5 years, and I'd have to say that the line-up last year was amazing, atleast saturday night it was.

I haven't seen the line-up for this year yet. Is it out already? dates confirmed too? I'm definately gonna try and make it back this year again. It's soooo worth it

holy crap, did JOOF ever kick my ass last year! I don't think I stopped dancing one 1 minute, he kept me going like DJ has before.
Johan was good, played a lot of good tracks, but I found he played a variety of styles, OK by me though.
But I'd have to say that the set of the weekend went to DJ Scot Project I never heard Hard trance like that before, adn I've seen him before. Truly inspired me to want to play more hard trance.
Performance of the weekend, and I'm sure you'll agree, Lab 4 What the hell was that? I never seen anything like it before. I got alot of it on videotape... I'm going to go watch it again right now

ya Lab 4 - wtf! Appearantly Rabbit in the moon is pretty fuckin nuts according to they're website- i'd definately be there when they play

I don't think anyone can make ya move like 00 - how long was his set like 3 hours at least!

Motorcyle - ok

I liked freaky flow on the friday - i always try to see him when he come to the 'peg. Although i'm not much into DnB - he's aight!

Way more peeps there for Sat. and Sunday morn was pretty sketchy

I think i slept for two hours all weekend

Wow, just checked out the line-up. TBH, it's lookin kinda weak. Rabbit in the Moon, can't wai tto see them again. I went snowboarding with them when they were here in Whistler. but they are not trance, that's for sure. It looks like they've combined the trance and house stages together. It goes to show that they are lacking the quality line-ups they used to bring.
Rabbit in the Moon, Donald Glaude, Superstar DJ Keoki, Hataris, Josh the Funky 1, Beat Freakers.... all NOT trance.

But I still go for the event, and not soo much the talent.
Sunday morn was suuuuuper sketch man. It's like that every year. There's some really messed up people out there.

JOOF set was only 1 1/2, but yeah, it felt like alot longer. I think it's the type of trance he plays, just doesn't let you go!

Rowdyness? Ummm, anything but my man! Bad vibes totally!
There's a mass feeling of paranoia throughout the campgrounds, because people just wander through your campsites staring at everything that's out, looking for some remnants of what they could possibly steal or find. Just imagine 5000 people coming down from 2 days and 2 nights of straight partying on the hardest drugs they can get thier hands on.

There is no age limit, I swear I seen entire families there in the past. It's an entire weekend where kids can get away, and pretty much get away with anything. Let's just say that WEMF is probably one of the reasons raves get such bad names. It's full of irresponsible party-goers. It can be sad to see, but as long as you go for the right reasons... it'll turn out to be the best wekeend of your life

yes...definitely the time of your life. The people were very friendly and some of the sets just blew my mind.
Lab 4 and J00F were great... I don't think I stopped dancing at all. Very very hot though......some cool air would have been nice. Hopefully this year the hangars aren't as hot.

But sketchbags everywhere on Sunday, so be prepared.
