Anyway back to the original question, by line-ups & amount of clubs I'd say NYC. |
Frankfurt, Germany is close to the Techno Capital... but I dont really know for sure
as far as the US, alot of midwest places [Minneapolis, Detroit, Chicago] and South Florida, alot of east coast places [Glow in washington]
As well as California, Arizona, and Texas, have a decent scene.
There isnt an exact capital but there are pockets of EDM sects throughout.
