my point here was not to remix professionally asong, i just thought it was ogign to be more easy to see the structure of a song and hten play with it.

YOur best bet is in FL to click File -> Open -> and go to the tutorials folder, you should find about 50 .flp files that will show you all sorts of ways fruityloops can be used to write music.

do you recommend me fruity loops or cubase?

If your just starting out, and the structure of writing music, using host's and VST's is something your not familiar with, use Fruityloops to start, its the easiest program to learn the basics on.

dont listen to these jack ass's in here. first, you need to get something better than fruity loops. if you're going to start producing and spending the time learning, at least get cubase. its hard to learn, but you will learn and be able to make quality tracks. also, if you want to remix a track, why dont you just email the artist and ask for the original wav files. you cant take a track and sample sounds out. it sounds like garbage, and quite frankly, it doesnt work! once you learn mastering you'll understand why. but just to give you and idea.... when a track is produced, there can be up to 50 separate channels (maybe more) and when the final mixdown is done, they take all of the channels and mix them into one. can you imagine tring to separate all of those to get sounds and filter out all the other files? its useless to try. no track is ever done in fruity loops by any big producer my friend. you need to learn with the big boys, and then you'll be happier you took the time to go with the good stuff. good luck and enjoy producing.
cheers,
Shane

you are just fucking stupid.... no pro tracks made in fl??? what the fuck do you know??? prodigy. relocate and so many more use fl... you are stupid if you think that cubase is better thatn fl. the are both gr8 with ups and downs but the poit is what really actualy suits you and helps you make music.
every program that is good enough is gr8. the program doesnt make the music. you do. cubase/logic/nuendo/sonar and stuff are the more so called pro programs. but i i find that making a track in cubase is harder than it is in floops. its slower... dunno just doesnt work for me. floops is easy, understandable and fast. verry fast... you make loops in the paterns and just mix them down. anyways id say start with reason or fl. reason is better cuz all the synths are build in and they are good for start. but youll need vstis some day and youll move in cubase/fl.
anyways thats too much info for a begginer just get a program fuck arround with it learn the basics learn some music theory and google everything you dont understand or ask here. if you really like it and stick to it... you ll be able to make gr8 tracks some day. its gonna take years tho.
good luck

Im never against someone using cubase,logic,protools.. its just a well known fact a huge amount of the people who start on hosts like these end up quitting due to the steep learning curve...
most people who start with fruity stay producing, or move on to one of the move advanced platforms...
Good luck with your productions Pinokio
