Have been using the laptop with Final Scratch 1.5 at home and had any kind of problems.
If you're going to use the laptop with final scratch set-up, you don't even have to load mp3 files to the laptop while using the router which is included with the sale. You can load mp3 files thru the router's network (from your desktop or main computer)
