I think it might do ID3's, i dunno...it's the most accurate ripper of CDs on out there - freeware too

whats the best cd ripper to use (free ofcourse) i used audiograbber and it was a bit shit for me, had skips in it every few minutes

best ripper = cdex
its freeware, google for cdex and off you go.
best mp3 util = psychicmp3. will name your mp3s just by guessing what they are (if they're albums in folders). has to be seen to be believed if you collect whole albums. also freeware.
