I'm trying to remix a song of a friend's which I am doing in Reason 3.0. I'm not using any vsti's, but that shouldn't be an excuse. Seeing through the eyes of someone else is what I really need now as I've been hearing this thing in loop for a while, heh!

My friend told me the lead is poor, bassline is alright, pad is kthx, etc yadda yadda.. what can you tell me:

the bass is cool.. i like the percs, even tho they could be fuller... try to run the melody with a plucky sound instead.. imo that would sound nicer, and try to find a pad that isnt that hissy... i like the bass
