Swampers and I were discussing this yesterday.

He thinks if Coupers bans you, Boomers, and Floorfiller, the server won't be unduly burdened and will be able to accomodate the rest of us.

So I just pmed Coupers. He'll issue the bans as soon as he gets here and we'll try it for a month just to see if things improve.

I am already banned so mine shouldn't effect the connections.
