clarification on these Sony cans...

Went to my local electronics store and found the 500 model. They had swivel feature in every direction and seemed to have decent sound quality.

I am wondering if the v6 or the mdr600 have the swivel features? From reading here on this site the v6 and the mdr600 are two different phones right?

v6 nor the mdr 600 have those swivel features, I think its only the mdr v500DJ or the mdr v700DJ that have them. But the mdr V6 also known as the mdr 7506 is in a class of its own compared to those other sony headphones in terms of sound quality and durability! I personally have not tried them, but many on this board will say they are a gift from the heavens

right now i am using the numark HF125...the ones that come in the battle pack. I'm sure there are better phones out there than this.

those reviews have mixed opinions on bass. I dont have any stores here that carry these for me to try out. Some say the 7506 has weak bass. Some say its rich and full bass. Fuckin eh...
