Haha yeah, so after more than 6 months, i finally decided to pay TOTA a visit - admittedly because i need a little help. I was just quoted $1000/mo for insurance on a 350Z, so it's time to go shopping. What companies are known to have good rates? Or at least better than $1000/mo for a young driver with an expensive car.

Don't buy a 350Z?

PPS: Buy a Mazdaspeed Miata. Cheaper, way more tossable, and insurance is dirt cheap because only old guys buy Miatas and they never crash them or have claims on them. I'm totally serious about this, Miatas are probably THE cheapest car to insure, and the most fun for the money.

Not an option - my goal is the 350Z and that's what i'll get. Mazdaspeed Miatas are nice cars, but that's not what i set out to get.

I'm a total n00b (only been here for like 3 months) but with all due respect, in the 6 months that you weren't here there were like fifty billion threads about insurance quotes...a simple search for "insurance" will get you tons of info!
