Terratec or M-Audio

Im gonna buy a new soundcard and im gonna buy either a m-audio delta 66 or a terratec phase 26, which is better? so far im leaning towards the terratec, does n e 1 own a terratec? im only looking at these two coz i can get them both for about $200-250 AUD.
